CAMP ALLEN provides camps for
different age groups in the summer. During the summer camps, classes
are offered in spiritual growth, life building skills, arts and crafts,
and personal enrichment. A worship service is held each night. A
qualified nurse and trained counselors will be at each camp.
Christian camping is fun. It is a great place for
good fellowship, and sharing time to express your own ideas and share
the ideas of others.
Camp Allen is a great place to meet new friends.
There is no way to describe the friendships that can develop in just
one short week at Camp Allen. You must experience it to know it.

LOCATION:
CAMP ALLEN is nestled in the middle of the Mark Twain National Forest
near Poplar Bluff, Missouri. It is truly a wonderful and exciting place
to be! Located 1 mile from Lake Wappapello, the area provides a
beautiful secluded spot to get away from the world and concentrate on
Jesus Christ and His creation. Camp Allen is approximately 100 miles
south of St. Louis, Missouri, or 20 miles north of Poplar Bluff,
Missouri, 3 miles off Highway 67 on Highway F.

FROM ST. LOUIS, AND OTHER POINTS NORTH
- Take I-55 South towards Memphis to US-67 (Drive for 21 miles on I-55)
- Take
exit #174B on US-67 South (Drive for 92 miles on US-67) [Once you pass
Fredericktown, MO, US-67 will turn from a four lane highway to a two
lane highway]
- You are now looking for Hwy F. Please note
that once you pass Fredericktown, you will pass multiple highway
junctions before you get to Hwy F. Some of the highways repeat
themselves in name and are NOT in chronological order. This can create
some confusion and cause you to think you may have missed the highway
you are looking for. The highways are listed below in the order you
will approach them after you pass through Fredericktown. (A, C, JJ, N,
EE, K, 34, E, D, FF, A, THEN HIGHWAY F)
- Turn left (5 miles past Greenville) onto Hwy F and travel east for approximately 3 miles. (This is a winding road)
- Camp Allen is on your right. Be attentive as the entrance is right across a hill and comes upon you quickly.
FROM SPRINGFIELD, MISSOURI

Take US-60 east towards Poplar Bluff (Drive for 166 miles on US-60)
- Take US-67 North towards Greenville, Missouri

Travel approximately 15 miles on US-67 to Hwy F.
- Turn right onto Hwy F and travel east for approximately 3 miles. (This is a winding road)

FROM LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS

Take US-67 North/East towards Poplar Bluff, Missouri

From Poplar Bluff, continue north on US-67 towards Greenville, MO (Drive for 25 Miles)

Turn right onto Hwy F and travel east for approximately 3 miles. (This is a winding road)

Camp Allen is on your right. Be attentive as the entrance is right across a hill and comes upon you quickly.
FACILITIES: All the buildings are air conditioned and heated for your comfort.
Worship Center: (22,000 square feet)
Upper level:
Auditorium will seat over 500 people and has state of the art sound, video and lighting system.
Large foyer area with large bathrooms.
Three large meeting rooms.
Lower level:
Large meeting room with fireplace at the end.
Kitchen.
18 rooms with private bathroom, each room will sleep 10.
Life Building Center: (14,500 square feet)
A 70' x 150' gymnasium that can be used for basketball, volleyball,
table tennis, and many other activities no matter what the weather is.
The gymnasium is a great place to have your worship, meetings, or
banquets that will seat over 500 people. Connected to the gym, there is
a 28' x 70' room that can be used for meetings or snacks. Attached to
this room is a kitchen. Upstairs, there are eight sleeping rooms with
twin size bunk beds that will sleep over 100 people.
Dining Hall:
One room will
seat 200 for dining, and a second room will seat 250 for dining or 300
for meetings. Off the dining hall are two rooms with private baths that
can be used for various things. The lower level of the dining hall has
8 deluxe rooms with private baths. Each room has a king or queen size
bed and two twin size bunk beds. Each room will sleep six.
Edgewood Cabin :
Four rooms with private baths with six twin size bunk beds in each room
sleeping 12. Between the rooms is a large meeting room with a
kitchenette.
Roadside Cabin:
Two rooms with nine twin size bunk beds with each room sleeping 18.
Between the two rooms are two bathrooms and one meeting room.
Cabins:
There are several other cabins available for various size groups. Camp Allen has a total sleeping capacity of over 400.
Amphitheater:
Over 400 people can be seated overlooking Camp Allen's private lake. There is a staging area and a fire ring.
There are several open air pavilions that offer a good place for
classes, meetings, or just a place to gather and enjoy the beauty that
God created.
OUTSIDE ACTIVITIES:
Some of the outdoor activities you can enjoy at CAMP ALLEN are
softball, sand volleyball, soccer, basketball, horseshoes, sliding down
our 300' waterslide, swimming in our swimming pool, and hiking the
nature trails. One mile from Camp Allen is Holiday Landing on
Wappapello Lake which has all types of boats available for rent.

CAMP ALLEN provides camps for different age groups in the summer. CAMP
ALLEN is available for rent if you prefer to do your own programming
for your camp. CAMP ALLEN is a great place to have your family reunion,
church retreats, or for any other meeting.
